Varo Cloud billing is prepaid: you top up a cash balance, and each generation you run — whether through the API, the AI Generator, or the Playground — is deducted from that balance at the model’s listed price. There are no subscriptions or monthly plans. Everything is managed from the Billing section of your dashboard.

How pricing works

Every model has its own price, listed on the Pricing page and on each model’s detail page. Depending on the model type, prices are quoted:
  • Per second of generated video or audio
  • Per image
  • Per million tokens for language models
The exact cost of each run is recorded against your balance and visible in your billing history and generation history.

Top up your balance

To add funds:
  1. Go to Billing in the dashboard and click Top Up.
  2. Choose a package — Starter, Pro, Business — or enter a custom amount (a minimum applies).
  3. Select a payment method and continue to checkout.
Your balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed. If a payment shows as Processing, the balance updates once the provider confirms it.

Payment methods

Varo Cloud supports the following payment methods:
  • Card — Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards via Stripe hosted checkout.
  • Alipay / WeChat Pay
  • Crypto
Receipts and invoices for completed top-ups are available from the transaction details in your billing history.

Auto top-up

To avoid running out of balance mid-workload, you can enable Auto Top-up:
  1. Go to Billing and open the Auto top-up settings.
  2. Set the threshold — when balance goes below this amount, a top-up is triggered.
  3. Set the auto top-up amount to add each time.
  4. Click Enable Auto Top-up.
Auto top-up currently supports Stripe (card) only, and may take a few minutes to process — set your threshold with enough headroom that you don’t run out before the top-up lands.

Usage and history

The Billing overview shows four figures at a glance:
  • Cash Balance — what you have available to spend right now.
  • Spent this Month — with a comparison against last month.
  • Total Top-up — everything you have ever added.
  • Total Spent — everything you have ever consumed.
Below that, two tabs break down the detail:
  • Billing — every charge, with the time, style (API, Web, or Playground), task ID, status, the API key used, and the amount. You can export these records to CSV.
  • Transactions — every top-up, with its provider, payment method, amount, processing fee, and links to the receipt or invoice.
